Create axis aligned lattice deformers for your object or components even if the transform is frozen. Save a lot of time modifying tricky shapes in Autodesk Maya.
WARNING before using these scripts:
If you're using Maya 2018 please install service pack 6 or later
If you're using Maya 2017 please install service pack 5 or later
FEATURES:
-Choose which face you want the lattice deformer aligned to for your object
-Works even if the transform is frozen
-Works on selected components, choose one face and multiple verts or edges to accurately align how you want the lattice created
-Selecting multiple faces uses the average normal of the selection which works great for symmetrical models, but you may get more accurate results from the vert or edge workflow above
